Abstract
The CVM is widely implemented in cost–benefit analysis, infrastructural projects, urban regeneration projects, environmental impact assessments and provides a monetary measure of intangible benefits in the expression of historical and cultural resources. These resources can satisfy individual and collective needs, both economic that non-economic. Principal aim of this paper is determination of Total Economic Value (VET) for the Rovigliano Fortress, an historical and environmental ruined private asset.
