Abstract
This study is aimed to analyze the value chain of price determining in a plasma core partnership system of hair creative industry, thus identify which sub producer has the highest margin and becomes price driver. There are three levels of sub producers; factory, plasma, and worker. This study takes samples of 2 factories, 5 plasmas and 25 workers. It applies margin share to explain which level of sub producers has the highest margin, and price transmission to identify which sub producer becomes price driver. The results are factory has the highest margin and plasma becomes price driver.
