Abstract
The importance of motivation for achievement was deemed highly important in the education system, has been reduced over the past decade and replaced with social values, as it is no longer sufficient for preparing future citizens to our individual, complex and sophisticated world. We must give pupils value-based education as part of the school curriculum for them to realize their social identity and contribute to their environment.The educational leadership believes that more and more educators maintain that a core curriculum based on values, which is crucial for the promotion of collective understanding and fruitful cooperation.
