Abstract
This article deals with the application of the cybernetic decision making model on the educational field.The author deals with the challenge of decision-making in education, an area that characterized by great complexity and dynamics as illustrated in recent studies.This article will present the cybernetic model, which specializes in explaining complex decision situations that require improvisation and complex decisions in education as an option for implementation.The basic analysis of the cybernetic model is about individual decision makers and their tendency to reduce uncertainty, using simple techniques of information processing in order to deal with complex decision making problems.
