Abstract

Education of population is one of the concerns of any civilized state; the education reflects the society of tomorrow. We propose in this article a new vision of the Information Technology and Communications (IT&C) implementation related to Quality Assurance Techniques (QAT) in next-generation educational process that could invert the results obtained by teachers at the national assessment tests for employment jobs in pre-university education using the confrontation between what you know and what you need to know. The project is based on a research on a well-defined sample of 153 students wishing to become good teachers.
