Abstract
The development of a student's creativity is an actual task of modern pedagogy. Creative educational environment should be a student-oriented space possessing the ability of self-organization. Thus, we have worked out Reflective and Creative Approach (RCA) for teaching medical students English. We have shown the variations of interactions of reflection and creativity forming the well-developed reflective and innovative process. RCA's efficiency has been proved by the interrelation of creativity's manifestations, reflective culture's components and intercultural competence's components formed in the process of studying a foreign language.
