Abstract
Preschool teacher who is the main character who comes into contact with the child after the family, is an important source of support for the child and certainly for the parents, especially in Bedouin society. This is a “case study” that examines the influence of the college studies in empowering Bedouin female preschool students and changing their attitudes regarding preschool teacher's role as an agent of change. Several research tools (open and close question’ questionnaires, collective and private interviews, etc...) were used to achieve this purpose.Findings show a remarkable change in the participants’ attitude and their capabilities to change.
