Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the presence of contradictions between public demand to the motivation of educational and professional activities and the specific content of a personal orientation of future specialists and professionals. The structure of the training and professional motivation of most of them are characterized by the dominating commitment to certification and material well-being (without due consideration of the specific professional activity and stage of education). By the term “normative orientation” is emphasized the conditionality of their content public purpose of any profession. However, the question of what kind of direction is required for the effective implementation of these professional activities has never been the topic of a special analysis.
