Teacher performance assessment is one of the methods that can determine the quality of teaching and learning process. ISO Test is built based on the Professional Circular No. 3/1999 and Description of Physical Education (Curriculum Development Centre, 1999) Ministry of Education. The findings show that the validity of the ISO Test is r = .80 (N = 36).
