Abstract
Teachers (in pre-academic education) are one of the contagion factors for the new generation (perhaps the most important and most authorized factor). They influence not only the cognitive structure of students, but also the axiological one. That's why we found it important and necessary to decipher the system of values and axiological options of teachers in pre-academic education (with their continuities and discontinuities), spiritual components which leave their print on their daily relations with students, on the axiological atmosphere they more or less intentionally create in class, while teaching.
