Scientific Basis of the Organization of Extracurricular Activities of Future Teachers (Educational Aspect)

At a time when education becomes a major component of the strategy for integration of Kazakhstan into the 50 most competitive countries in the 21st century, its mission in educating the younger generation enhances. New guidelines to improve the education found their reflection in the Law “Of Education” of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007), in the Comprehensive program of education in educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Concept of Education Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2015, in the Concept of Higher Pedagogical Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2005), in the materials of the World Conference on Higher Education, Meeting of Ministers of Education of European countries in Bologna, the UNESCO recommendations for continuing education aimed at updating the content and structure of the education of the younger generation on the basis of national traditions and international experience, providing multi-dimensional and integrative learning and teaching process(Bachman & Lyle, 1990).
