Abstract
This article presents the results of surveys in 24 points of sale in the marketplace at the Plac Jana Kilińskiego in Szczecin. Based on these results a proposal was developed to clean up the implementation of delivery conditions for reception points by broadening the use of auxiliary means of transport and indentifying sites for delivery vehicles.
