Abstract
The paper is devoted to consideration of occupational stress level among teachers of different school types in the period of organizational changes. According to Russian tradition, as well as foreign traditions, of occupational stress studying the main sources of job stress are analyzed. The comparison of two school types allows emphasizing the impact of organization type on the level of occupational stress during the period of organizational changes. The results of chronic stress experiencing and its influencing teachers’ attitude towards pupils are discussed. This study is supposed to draw attention to the problem of teachers’ professional deterioration and their impact on children.
