The Rearmament of Aggressors: The Economic Crisis and its Impact on Intimate Partner Violence against Women

The current situation of severe economic crisis plaguing Spain has an undeniable impact on the lives and expectations of citizens, and, particularly, of women. In this paper we reflect on the consequences of this crisis and the adjustment measures that are being taken to (allegedly) face it. Particularly, we reflect on the effects of these adjustment measures on intimate partner violence against women (IPVAW).
