Abstract

The practice of motor activities in a variety of environments, such as the aquatic one, with characteristics which positively influence the motor and morphological indexes as well as the selection of the most efficient and most favorable methods, along with the usage of innovative materials, represents a valuable advantage in improving the motor capacity. We consider it essential and advisable to improve the balance, which is highly under-evaluated during childhood, or at least to maintain it at certain levels, by supporting the motor capacity. The study identifies the influence level of balance, by practicing different types of ludic-recreational activities during teenage years and in various environments: on the ground and in the water.
