Exploring Working Environment as a Stressor for Adult Students

The study focuses on how working environment cause stress to part-time students. As they are working and studying at the same time, their workplaces affect them. Questionnaire is used and distributed to the respondents. Five dependent variables are used for this study and the respondents responded by ranking the variables. The working environment factors are; the adaptation to career choice, job demands and responsibilities, time management, workplace condition and relationship with colleagues and superior. As working environment does cause stress to part-time students, recognizing the stressors will help everyone in managing their stress in order to have a better life.
