Abstract
The present study examined the effectiveness of family process model of self-concept content. One-hundred- twenty Tehran Payam Noor University were participants of the study. Samani's Family process and content scale and Rogers's Self-concept scale were used as measures of the study. Simultaneous multiple regression of self- concept total score on the family process and content, revealed that the family process was significant positive predictor of the self-concept total score. Furthermore, the family content was significant positive of the self- concept total score.
