Abstract
Maximize the strategic value of the network can be a good indicator of success of the business strategy of the organization. Business network is the vehicle that transforms offer value in evolutionary advantage and in a new market. Therefore, careful management of the relevant characteristics of the network is very important. Operational coherence, the right size and innovative diversity create a system of collective action oriented to customer satisfaction. By adequate control of these factors, the focal organization of the network will materialize the value proposition.
