Abstract
In the article we follow the hypothesis that differences in expectations and expressed satisfaction of potential real estate buyers regarding real estate factors according to different cultural identity are statistically significant. According to the results, Slovene participants show lower satisfaction with the current real estate in which they live in terms of living environment factors and higher in terms of physical and most socioeconomic factors. According to the results, Slovene participants expressed much higher expectations in terms of all real estate factors than the Serbs.
