Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the geographic distribution of Bulgaria's secondary and tertiary vocational education schools, and to establish the share of the predominant orientation of professional studies and subjects.The article considers the distribution of vocational high schools, vocational schools, vocational colleges and universities by region and administrative area. Some baseline data about the regions are presented, such as the administrative areas included, the number of municipalities and towns, population size and economic specifics. Also, the article shows the number of municipalities in each administrative area and region where vocational schools of a particular type are present.
