Tourism is a major industry in the world. Sport tourism considered as a part of tourism created through of integration of sports and tourism. Sport tourism is growing to convince every country to open a field in their industry. The purpose of this research is to provide a management model for the development of Sports Tourism and finding the troubles of this industry. 112 questionnaires collected and analyzed using KMO and confirmatory analysis. Results shown that, attraction of Hill Climbing has a loading factor of 0.79, beach sports has 0.78 of this factor, Desert attractions has a load factor of 0.75, Hunting attraction (0.75). Troubles of this industry listed as follows, a) cultural barriers, b) infrastructure problems 3- tourism attraction section
