Factors Determining Personal Career Planning and Choices of Profession among Future Teachers of Music

Changes in people's attitudes towards their jobs and choices of profession promote searching for new forms how a young person could be helped in choosing his or her profession. In their works, researchers have analysed issues related to motivation to choose an educator's profession and those related to career planning. Still, issues related to future music teachers’ personal careers and career choices have not yet been evaluated in a wider context, and they are the main issue of the research.
