Abstract

Authors evaluate their experience with students’ motivation in their seminar groups. They distinguish four sources of motivation but they are tackling only the ones which can be influenced by a teacher or his students. They are drawing their attention to student's interest, to evaluating his or her success or failure in connection with subsequent motivation. They are presenting teacher's possible approaches and aiming their attention at the influence of a seminar group of its members. They mention the importance of e-learning as a motivation tool for some students in this connection.
