Christian Religious Faith and Social Relations at Work

The paper released the influence of Christianity Confession upon personality's coefficients and upon the relational organized conduct, in the context where Religion as personality element, as attitude or as conduct had been relatively short studied in Romania. The integration of Christianity Confession into the structures of the employees’ conduct, exercises a strong positive influence on the conduct in antagonism situations (p <.001), on the level of domination necessity and rational domination (p<.001), on the aggressive nonconformism level (p <.001) and exercises a very strong negative influence on aggression in interactions (p <.0005).
