Abstract
By examining the elements of a civilization in whole, the importance of elites can immediately be appraised, as the success, which is the strength and prosperity of millions of human beings, comes exclusively from them. But at the other end, there are many elites on which the destiny of humans from certain regions, countries or continents depended. These elites are the political ones that have key roles in the precipitation of wars and, more rarely, in their avoidance.
