A Comparative Study as Concern the Authority of the “Res Judicata” in the Romanian Law System and the European Law Reglementations

The exception of res judicata is regulated in a simple way in the Procedure Code still applied at the article no. 166. Furthe r more, here one can find formulations such as authority or power of res judicata which led to numerous discussions and interpretations. Some jurists consider that the two terms are synonymous, but others bring into discussion contrary arguments.
