However, there is still a distinctgapbetweenthe teacher's responsibilitiesto manage the extracurricular managementwithstudents'successinthe field.Therefore,this study istoidentify the problems and tofind solutions whichwill be determinedto produce thequalityof teachers, particularly in the field of extracurricular activities.
