Abstract
Interrelation between corporate security and personnel stress resistance is under study. Job satisfaction and related needs are considered to be among the most efficient constituents. The hypothesis is forwarded that employees feel secure in an organization when their job provides an opportunity to satisfy their basic needs. The unmet needs present a source of stress and tension. Needs that are met, on the contrary, present a strong anti-stress factor. Thus, the higher the degree of these needs satisfaction, the greater an employee's stress and its sources endurance and, consequently, the higher level of an organization's security.
