Abstract
This paper introduces the differential approach to study human psychic self-regulation. Theoretical frame and studies of relation between individual differences of self-regulation and personality are described. According to this approach, self-regulation is understood as a system process of conscious voluntary activity that assures goal setting and corresponding to these goals achievement.
