Abstract
This paper investigated the current status, and implications specifically on the provisions of natural environment in paediatric wards of Malaysian public hospitals in the Klang Valley. The data was based on earlier findings about the general status and physical design trend of those wards, reported in previous conferences. The present findings revealed that there were indications on less satisfactory feelings amongst users on the provisions and accessibility to the natural environment. While such negative feelings would impact upon patients healing process, hence their Length of Stay (LOS), however, such correlation could not be determined in the present study.
