Abstract
Students can benefit from an ergonomically designed library and meaningful library programs as evidenced by a descriptive research study conducted at the University of Teknologi MARA, Johor Branch. Based on the data provided by Information Management students, significant differences were found in the following dimensions: (a) availability of efficient staff members, (b) comfortable studying atmosphere, (c) access to website for locating resources, and (d) needed professionally trained, full-time librarians. On the basis of these findings, it is recommended that user-friendly mobile digitalized school library be developed and qualified, full-time librarians be employed to manage it.
