Abstract

Teachers in training have to grasp different degrees of difficulty and different amounts of detail involved in acquiring professional know-how and at the same time understand that these have to be balanced accurately. In the light of new developments for the teaching profession, teacher preparation programs come under a great deal of scrutiny. We analysed more general and precise official mandatory recommendations taken into account in shaping programs and supporting learning. As a result, we see in future teachers willing to endorse new implementations, a demonstration of their understanding of professionalization at work. Updated guidelines are effective despite concerns. The new grammar and the cultural approaches need further refinement but look promising. Increasing efforts to make students interact bear fruit.
