Abstract

This study focus on comparative of knowledge management in higher education. The study found that, the knowledge utilization in governmental institute considered to be at a moderate level while in private institute is at a high level. Consequently, the knowledge sharing of governmental and private institutes is at a moderate level. On the other hand, the relation between organization culture and knowledge management process of government al and private institutes is at a moderate level. As a result, the faculty members should concentrate on vision, mission and strategies of institutional knowledge management if they want to achieve benefits from the institution.
