Abstract

The present paper proposes to highlight a permanent and complex theme, that is the relation between learning and teaching. In approaching the theme, we have assumed that there are significant differences in the teaching styles of the preschool and primary teachers as compared to those of the middle and high school teachers. The identification of the teaching styles has been performed by means of a questionnaire.The obtained results show significant differences among the groups of subjects but also gender, residential environment, age and professional formation differences at all analyzed dimensions.
