Abstract
The morally courageous teachers were aware of the sanctions that may be exerted by the institution; nevertheless choose to implement his or her worldview, against the climate that suits the institution's view. But knowledge that performing a morally courageous act has a'price tag', caused most of the teachers not to act morally courageous.
