Abstract
In the philosophy of science nowadays there are some models of scientific explanation: syntactic (deductive- nomologic), semantic (functional-teleologic) and pragmatic model of explanation. The last one is related with the concept of paradigm and is obviously shared by theoreticians when we accept the complexity of systems undergoing observation, especially social systems. If the pedagogy is a science of complexity, than we can assume, as working hypothesis, that certain segments of its aria like school culture, might be described and studied with the help of the pragmatic model of explanation.
