The Role of Government Assistance to Generate Competitive Leadership, Commitment, Motivation, Innovation, Environment and its Impact on the Performance of TenunCual Union Industry Cluster in Bangka Belitung Province

This study aims to analyze the influence of government assistance in moving innovation to the performance of union in The TenunCual Union in the Bangka Belitung Province through OVOP approach. OVOP concept relies heavily on government assistance in facilitating the performance of union. Government assistance can help improve the company's commitment and motivation of members who have an impact on job satisfaction. A work environment that also support can improve performance. Method of data collection is done through a questionnaire to 33 expert and stakeholder respondents. Data processing performed by the method of partial least squares using Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate 13 hypotheses, 11 hypotheses showed a positive effect on the latent variable. Meanwhile job satisfaction and investment have not a significant influence on the performance of TenunCual Union in the Province of Bangka Belitung.
