Abstract
Drastic changes occuring around us have led to entreprenuership and innovation-based economy despite the world being stagnant in terms of the freedom of fund movement and human capital as well as business competition. As a result, quality graduates are required in order to deal with these changes. In response to this, UKM has drafted and implemented several policies related to teaching and learning to drive change in the curriculum and delivery methods. This involves moving from process-based to outcome-based education and eventually innovative entreprenuership and Education 3.0.
