Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the perceived learned resourcefulness’ levels of the Turkish academic staff and its relationship with some variables such as gender, age, marital status and academic qualifications. The dependent variable “Learned Resourcefulness” was measured by using the “Learned Resourcefulness Scale” developed by M. A. Rosenbaum. It is expected that, this study will contribute to literature in terms of resourcefulness perception of Turkish academic staff and to analyze its relationship with some variables such as gender, age, marital status and academic qualifications. In this way it is thought to have contribution on literature.
