Abstract
This paper aims to investigate the relationship between clarity of E-HRM goals, user satisfaction with E-HRM, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user support, social influence, and facilitating conditions that can influence attitude towards electronic human resource management (E-HRM). A survey was carried out to acquire data from 154 HR professionals. Results indicate that all constructs have an excellent relationship. This paper also highlights areas for future research on this unique topic among HR professionals as a whole.
