Abstract
Designing literature learning when selecting the content and organizing the learning process can be enriched in constantly changing modern learning environments by using drama, theatre, museum visits, publication of students original literary work, recital competitions and other elements of the “hidden curriculum”. These in unison with the manifested National Curriculum can offer insights into new vistas for aspiring towards educational excellence and re-create students‟ interest and motivation for reading and comprehension of literature as a means of personality development and identity building.
