The specific objective focuses on identifying indicators to prove the efficiency of project evaluation model for basic education institutions, Office of The Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education. The indicators include Appropriateness Index, Possibility Index, and Congruence Index of project evaluation model for basic education institutions, Office of The Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education, as well as model test results and model evaluation results.
