Abstract

In this paper are explicated the process of management and the performance evaluation of employees, which is one of the most important issues for human resource in the organization.A special focus is put on the importance of individual performance, the stages through which this process to be realized, targets, key indicators, and challenges of which are facing the human resources in the public and private organizations.
