Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the level of the psychological and pedagogical competences of the teachersdidacticians in universities for the configuration of continuous training programs based on their real training needs. The used instrument Questionnaire analyzing the perceptions of the teachers in the university and pre-university environment regarding the holding of psychological and pedagogical competences allowed the collection of data revealing a high deficit of psycho-pedagogical training of the targeted group and – related to this – the necessity to focus continuous training programs on the development especially of psychological competences. The made diagnostic study thus acquires the value of a needs analysis.
