Abstract
Considering the emotional issues that students meet in the development of their careers (anxiety, low self-esteem, weak self-efficacy, low capacity to plan, organize, and carry out tasks or goals etc.), we developed an intervention program, based on holistic and systemic perspective, that integrated experiential and career techniques to increase emotional stability, self-esteem, self-efficiency, and self acceptance. We used the test-retest experiment, with two groups of subjects (experimental and control group). Psychometric methods were used. Statistical analysis confirmed that our program efficiently increased the variables mentioned above.
