Abstract

Violence in schools can be seen in different forms and with intensities, sometimes it is hidden in everyday gestures that apparently are not aggressive acts. Children are not always aware of the risk level of gestures. It is important to demonstrate that the mere fact of awareness by students of the nature of such events is useful for continuing to stop their aggression framing category and it may be a way of prevention. Research methods were selected to serve this purpose: inventory of aggressive observable behaviour, aggression questionnaire and role play to increase awareness. In school practice this approach has been proved useful in prevention activities.
