Abstract
The aim of this research was to study the relationships between happiness and personality. Subjects completed Esenck personality Questionnaire (EPQ), The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using regression method. Results showed there was a positive direct relation between extraversion and happiness; and a negative direct relation between neuroticism and psychoticism with happiness. Based on these results, personality provides the context in which happiness and operates.
