Abstract
Capacity drop has been well known in the previous decades but not that well modeled. The point of this paper is to produce a new microscopic model that could be suitable for the study of capacity drop, and to examine the simulation results all along diverse parameters sets. It provides interesting information about the impact of time reaction, bounded acceleration and minimal equilibrium headway on the traffic congestion and capacity drop.
