Green process and product design in practice

This paper is prepared based on the invited session speech (of the track Production and Operations Management) on the same topic. The objective of this paper or presentation is to outline recent development in Production and Operations Management. Green process and product design is chosen as the core theme. Some illustrative cases conducted by the author, including reverse logistics, eco-design, and so on, are employed to demonstrate how green process and product design can be done in practice. Life-cycle assessment plays a special role in these cases.
