Abstract
The present paper investigates the interrelationships among organizational climate and team innovativeness based on the data gathered from 86 software development teams. The results provide empirical evidence in support of the relationship between (i) innovative vision and (ii) managerial support dimensions of climate and team innovativeness. Moreover environmental uncertainty is used as a moderator between organizational climate and team innovativeness. The findings show that the greater environmental uncertainty, the greater relationship between (i) innovative vision and (ii) managerial support dimensions of climate and team innovativeness.
